Buildingbrass.com Terms Of Service - User Agreement.
When you register your account with us you agree to our T.O.S agreement by reading our Terms and checking the correct box to show you have read our Terms.

  • Member Payouts
    Members may request payment once they reach a positive balance of $1.00 (USD) or more. Payments are sent twice a month. On the 1st and 15th of every month Payments will be sent. Payouts are subject to members abiding by the T.O.S (Terms of Service). Payments are to be paid via Paypal or Alertpay.

  • Payment Rules
    We do ask our members to post proof of payment in our forum however this is not a requirement. Posting proof in the forum either by screenshot or copy & paste is genuinely appreciated. We reserve the right to decline payments via Paypal or Alertpay to @126.com OR @163.com email request addresses - The legitimacy of these accounts cannot be verified so payments will be declined and the earnings returned to balance. We also reserve the right to decline payments from members with an invalid full name written. For example, name should be written as - John Smith, not John. These details are not used but help us to verify your payment request.

  • Earning Rules
    Viewing Ads -
    Members must view one ad at any one time individually. The member must simply view the ad then click on the corresponding number asked for. By clicking the corresponding number you are validating you have fully viewed the ad, you are human, and not using cheat software i.e. a Bot. After clicking the correct number, you must wait for the advertisement to fully reload. If you do not allow the advertisement to fully reload then the system may see you as trying to view more than one ad at a time. That is against our rules so you could possibly be tracked and suspended, to avoid this always click the correct number and let the advertisement fully reload.
    Signup Offers -
    When you signup to a paid offer set by the advertiser. You must first of ensure that you are already not a member of the place promoted in the signup. You must then follow the advertisers request if requested and then submit your full confirmation email. Emails must always be the confirmation email that states very clearly you registered successfully. Information that is given instead of a correct confirmation email, i.e. email address, username, incorrect email or any other info that does not include the correct confirmation email will have their earnings reset.
    Referrals -
    Members may refer unlimited referrals. Members are not required to refer or to promote our site. Members who do refer new members will earn a percentage of their direct referrals daily earnings on 1 level only. Members who create false signups or who have been found to have refers matching their ip or information will have their earnings reset.

  • Advertising Terms
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be english.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
    -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
    -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

  • Advertising Rules
    Purchases being non-refundable services.
    It is a service rendered, which does not fall under PayPals buyer protection Terms.
    This is because we sell non physical goods.
    We believe it is our duty to satisfy the advertiser. However, we do not accept liability for advertising that did not generate any leads or sales. Therefore, if the advertise does not generate leads or sales from their advertising with us they must contact us so we can help get results but, we never promise at any point to guarantee leads or sales. Advertising and Virtual goods purchased at Buildingbrass.com will only be refunded if the package or advertising has not been activated or made available to members viewing current advertisements. Once purchases are started being used they must resume and can never be refunded.

  • Multiple Joins
    You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. Any accounts found using the same IP address will be suspended and investigated before any decision to activate account is given.

  • False Representing
    We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. Any suspicious activity or reports of false representing will be dealt with accordingly.

  • Cheating
    With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfeire with our system.

  • Spam
    We do not beleive in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

  • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared and your account will be suspended. If you wish to return and continue your account you can have an active account with us and resume earning however earnings will have already been reset to zero balance and you will start from zero. Inactive accounts for more than 60 days with advertising credits will be removed and the account suspended (see above - refer to earnings). Inactive accounts for more than 60 days with premium membership will retain their membership status until the membership expires. Therefore, the inactive for 60 days rules do not apply to a member holding an account with premium membership more than 60 days. Upgrading is not required to be a member, you may remain a free member, so to avoid being suspended, earnings and advertising reset to zero - please contact us in advance so we can lock your account so you can return at a later date.

  • Subject to change
    This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
